3. Instead of a return of 20-30%, you will incur significant losses due to paying for a lawyer and the stress you will experience from the numerous court cases
4. You will freeze your funds, and you will not have the opportunity to invest/spend them on any more promising and transparent projects.

These professionals demonstrate to us how to make money by simply deceiving people who just wanted to buy elite housing in a good location. 

How do they deceive their clients?

The beautiful photos on their websites are created by 3D modelers to attract investors from all over the world to invest in their scheme. The owners of the non-existent complex ask for an advance payment for the property and then promise to draft a sales agreement. As you can understand, after the advance payment, no documents are sent, but the transfer has already been made.
